Fresh off my Iceland trip, I started a heritage journey in Ireland with a visit to the Blarney Stone in Cork. Despite COVID-19’s impact, the experience was unforgettable. I kissed the Blarney Stone, which is believed to grant eloquence, and enjoyed exploring Cork and its historic sites before heading to Limerick.

South Region of Iceland – Ring Road Day 5
On our final day of Iceland road-tripping, we explored Diamond Beach’s glistening ice chunks, took a glacier tour at Fjallsรกrlรณn, and hiked to Svartifoss and Fjaรฐrรกrgljรบfur’s stunning landscapes. We capped off the trip with breathtaking views of Skรณgafoss and Seljalandsfoss, where walking behind the falls offered a unique perspective.
East Region of Iceland, Ring Road Day 4
Todayโs journey took us from Dettifoss’s impressive east side to the stunning Stuรฐlagil Canyon, Rjรบkandafoss, Hengifoss, and Vestrahorn. We ended the day at Camping Hรถfn, ready to wrap up our Icelandic adventure.
Northeast Region of Iceland – Ring Road Day 3
On July 24th, 2022, we explored Mรฝvatn, Icelandโs geothermal gem, with a day of relaxation and adventure. From the dramatic volcanic landscapes of Grjรณtagjรก and Hverfjall to the awe-inspiring power of Dettifoss and the soothing Mรฝvatn Nature Baths, this region offered an unforgettable mix of natural wonders and serene experiences.
West & Northwest Region of Iceland – Ring Road Day 2
After a 36-hour travel marathon without sleep, we kicked off our Iceland adventure at Barnafoss and Glanni Waterfall before hiking the Grรกbrรณk Crater. We continued to Hvรญtserkur, explored the Vaรฐlaheiรฐi Tunnel, and ended the day at Goรฐafoss and the picturesque Vogar campsite.
